Who owns the content and all the raw files/project files?

How does the pause feature work?

We understand there may be times when you don't have any alumni available for interviews due to scheduling conflicts or other reasons. That's where the pause feature for your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on a monthly period. Let's say you sign up and use the NotedAlums service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription because you don't have any alumni lined up to interview. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have the remainder of the month's service to be used anytime in the future.

This flexibility ensures that you only pay for the service when you're actively using it, and you can easily manage your subscription based on your alumni's availability.
